Leandro T. Freire is an Electrical Engineer and has a major in Lean Manufacturing Management.

He has a demonstrated history of working in the Industry in many operations roles, with a strong professional background in Operations Management, Engineering, Project Management, Continuous Improvement.

As a result of his experience and practical resources, he had added substantial value to operations on several businesses.

Lucas Sodré


An integration API Specialist, Sodre has architected omnichannel and Point of Sales (POS) software for banks. He also has extensive experience as a Blockchain engineer of Ethereum Smart Contracts and private blockchains with Multichain. He has architected the integration between POS and blockchain in a revolutionary point reward system.

Percival Palesel


Mr Palesel 66 age, has a Bachelor in Economy and MBA at Fundação Getulio Vargas SP. He is a serial entrepreneur always involved in the sales and marketing area, was a pioneer in direct marketing in Brazil with a partnership with the Correios do Brasil company with ( 1406 number), he participated in the creation of Rede Mulher de Televisao, the first free TV network focused on e-commerce in Brazil, developed and created several interactivity services on Brazilian TV created the first services 1-900 model Created several interactive content services with co-billing between telecom operators and TV Networks in Brazil, developed and launched several applications for content monetization to Radios and TVs.

Ms. Rohden, age  37, has a Bachelor in International Affairs by UDC in Iguazu Falls, Brazil. She has worked for more than 18 years in the luxury industry for companies like Orient Express, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, H. Stern and VARIG driving revenues for major brands in South America and Europe. For the last two years she has been working as a Life Coach, being trained by the top coaches in the world and training others. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Edwin Cooperman


Ed served as Chairman and CEO of Edmarc Investments L.L.C., a private financial consulting firm specializing in financial and strategic planning advice and consulting for small and medium companies.

Formerly, he was chairman of the Travelers Bank Group and Executive Vice President of the Travelers Group. Travelers since that time have merged with Citicorp to become Citigroup.

In 1991, Ed became Chairman and CEO of Primerica Financial Services Group, which included Primerica Financial Services, Benefit Life Insurance Company.

Prior to that, he had a distinguished career at American Express Company, as President of the American Express Card, and thereafter rose to become President of American Express Canada, and then became Chairman and Co-chief Executive Officer of the American Express Travel Related Services Company.

William M. Isaac


William M. Isaac is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in Sarasota. Mr. Isaac is in the Forensic & Litigation Consulting segment, which provides regulatory counseling and risk management services, strategy consulting, expert testimony and corporate governance consulting.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Isaac founded The Secura Group, a leading financial institution consulting firm in 1986. Secura was acquired by FTI Consulting in 2011. Formerly, he was a senior partner of Arnold & Porter, which was a founding partner of The Secura Group. Mr. Isaac left the firm in 1993 when Secura purchased Arnold & Porter’s interest in the firm.

Prior to forming Secura, Mr. Isaac headed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) during the banking crisis of the 1980s, serving under Presidents Carter and Reagan from 1978 through 1985. Mr. Isaac served as chairman of the FDIC during one of the most tumultuous periods in U.S. banking history. He was appointed to the board of the FDIC by the President at the age of 34, making him the youngest FDIC board member and chairman in history. Mr. Isaac also served as chairman of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, as a member of the Depository Institutions Deregulation Committee, and as a member of the Vice President’s Task Group on Regulation of Financial Services.

Before his appointment to the FDIC, Mr. Isaac served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of First Kentucky National Corporation and its subsidiaries, including First National Bank of Louisville and First Kentucky Trust Company.

Founder Pharmaceutical Specialties a Christmas gift catalog for retail Pharmacies around the country serving over 2 million customers.

Pioneer in USA Home Infusion and IV Therapy Industry grossing over 4 Billion in sales. Found Home Nutritional Support, as Chairman and CEO, which was a public company (HNS) and acquired by WR Grace and Fresenius.

Founder of Bloodline, a tri-state Blood Depository for Autologous Blood Storage and Aphaeresis.

Mr. Terry was the co-founder of Norcrown Bank a State Chartered Bank in New Jersey, where he served as Director and Chairman Gene Terry also co-founded Medical Nutirition Inc, a public company that produced liquid protein products for weight gaining purposes, later bought by Dannon Yogurt.
